RIVERWALK CONDOMINIUMS
Jans did a complete exterior makeover of an existing condominium complex originally built in 1992. An additional 26 units were added, as well as a raised courtyard containing a fountain above an extended garage area. The new section features both ranch style and townhouse style 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominiums.
