The Czesnowski name has been synonymous with creative land development and residential 

construction for over 65 years. Mike Czesnowski, a lifelong resident of Fairfield County, and second generation developer has kept the Jan's name at the forefront of the competitive building market. He and his son Michael continue to develop land into beautiful neighborhoods with quality custom homes.Our designs are unique and energy efficient.

We are a fully licensed and insured LLC company that provides an array of construction services in the development industry - from subdivisions and custom homes to condominium and commercial site development. We also offer other services including site excavation renovations, additions decking, septic systems, restoration and repairs. We have included consulting services for customers in obtaining various municipal and town hall department approvals and permits.
